Caller: How’s your experience with that? You experience everything that the one who’s eating… you experience to have the same experience?
iON: Well, yeah! The more we become like Physical - in Physical - of Physical, you get a bit of the tactile issues, as well. You notice them; they don’t move you. Like pain, you can have pain, but you don’t… you don’t notice it, but you know what pain is.
Caller: Yeah, I know it. How about contrast? Don’t you use contrast to move you?
iON: That moves your bowels, yes!
Caller: Uh, just the bowels, huh!
iON: Do! {“Do” means “Yes” - Ed.} Because everybody says: “You are what you eat” – but that’s not true. You are what you eat that you don’t “poop”!
