Somebody elsewhere claimed I wasn’t “academic” enough to have any scholarly credibility.

Oh, I'm a "real" scholar alright—so deep into it that I generated new knowledge as a result of my research. Now that's a great scholar!
But first I must present the breakthroughs before I get "academic" about it. I can do academic if I want.
What I will show is how the paramedia Vorticist School anticipated the new paramedia ecology. "Media ecology" will fade away as the implications of what Dr. Carolyn Dean and I create will become obvious and mysterious.
Edison didn't have the opportunity to bring people into his lab in a "live" situation to observe his work in progress.
We do, so those lucky ones who engage us in "structured dialogue" (not literate academic but electric/tactile participation) get glimpses of what we're creating and demonstrating.
It's very exciting for all concerned!
