iON | Degrees of Separation

Transcribed by Bert.

[March 22, 2014 Part 1 (07:34 mark)]

Susana: When you say: “The feeling place”… and you mentioned the feeling that you have when you’re smelling the aroma of cookies baking. Is that the same as emotion?

iON: No, it is not emotion. Emotion is what that causes. Sometimes you could smell it - and if your grandma used to make them and she’s dead, it will make you cry. It’ll remind you of her, and then that can set an emotion.

Bob: Emotion is the angle on it.

iON: That’s the pitch that - that particular trajectory took you - but then you can overcome it. You see! Or then you could say: “No! No, these are tears of joy." Well, you’re still crying, regardless of how you see them.

Susana: And emotions are “degrees of separation”, as well, because…

iON: Yes.

Susana: … is that why you say: “Get happy or get out” - because anything other than happiness is a separation further and further away?

iON: Well, but see here’s what happens! Here’s what happens if you’re not careful! You’ll start following this path - and the next thing you know, the paranoia sets in - and then the paranoia sets in - and then you can’t stand it. Then, all of a sudden, anybody is out to get you - or everybody’s out to get you!

[March 29, 2014 Part 1 (09:58 mark)]

iON: We just say: “Don’t do it from a ‘degree of separation’” - because if you do it from a degree of separation: “Why was I born?” We don’t care! You weren’t! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! “How did I get here?” If you have to ask that question, you may not be. The “degrees of separation” sometimes get you down “rabbit holes” that you can’t get out of. If you want to go there, that’s fine - but then you will be just frustrated - and look into the abyss and go: “Well, I am going back to the labyrinth of my mind - my mind never let me down - it always screws with me good and hard - and I like it rough”.

[iON on “PAYDAY” May 17, 2014 Part 2 (12:56 mark)]:

iON: You’ll never know that you are Ascended using “degree of separation” questions. You’ll never get there because those “degree of separation” questions always put you in another “rabbit hole”.
