iON | pH Changing

Transcribed by Bert.

[22 August 2015 Part 1]

(51:58 mark)
Caller: iON, I want to ask about the blood. You talked about the blood getting more salty, and that it affects the acidity.

iON: Well, actually we were referring to the pH changing - which would give it a more acidic constitution - and that you would no longer be able to spin salt out of it, which would make you say it would be saltier. But it’s because your pH is changing.

Caller: Going negative! Is the acidity in the blood because of the RnA drops, the amino acids?

iON: Well, duh!
