Caller: Initially when I watched “True Blood”, I was thinking that the vampires that they describe in the show are more of a representation of shapeshifters. But you’re saying that there are actual vampires that still survive on blood today and don’t really eat normal human food, and shapeshifters are a…
iON: That’s the same thing - that’s the same thing that will happen to Ascending humans when they figure out how to get the right protein balance within the amino acids. But you’re not going to become - a vampire is not perfect, but it’s a representation of how it’s a different “Flora” or “Genome” within a binomial nomenclature of a species.
Bob: Are shapeshifters limited like the vampire, iON?
iON: Yes!
Caller: Are vampires considered immortal as well?
iON: We’ve told Bob so many times. If he doesn’t get it, you’re not either.
Bob: No! No, the Immortal... that’s not a vampire, correct?
iON: That’s correct, Bob!
Caller: But I thought vampires, in addition, were immortal or some of them were immortal.
Bob: They are immortal. They can’t die, but they’re stuck in the Physical. They can’t go to other worlds.
Caller: That’s what I meant, but that’s not true of shapeshifters. They come and go as they please and use the gates and the portals.
Bob: No, iON said they’re limited, but maybe we have to qualify it, of what they are limited about. So, shapeshifters cannot go to other worlds, iON?
iON: It is limited. They are not as limited as vampires.
Bob: Oh! Oh, that’s right, the opposite meaning. They’re more free. So, are they a desirable position that iON says it’s OK to be that? You don’t recommend being a vampire.
iON: Eww! Eww!
Bob: Do you put the same proviso on shapeshifting?
iON: Eww! Yeah!
Bob: Don’t “Eww" me! You said that you do not recommend becoming a vampire. Do you say the same about shapeshifters?
iON: We’d say the same, yes. It’s a “less-than” position.
