iON: Honing, yes! That’s correct.

Bob: And what is the term, “the fractal”? What was that, “the fractal”, what?
Caller: Antenna. Can you describe or explain a more efficient way to where I can pinpoint it, hone it? How do you direct it? And you just put intention to it, or you focus on your intention, and it will work that way, or is there a next step in order to hone the frequency of that antenna?
iON: Umm, use it. The more you use it, the more better you’ll get at it. It’s like a quill - a quill with an ink well. Is there a way to make it smooth and easy, and you practice it - use it often - you’re going to spill some ink – you’re going to make some mess – you’re going to fuck it up. That’s OK, use it, and you’ll develop the craft that allows you to command use of it more efficiently. But that’s something you have to embrace because you always have it, if you have it, but then you have to use it. It’s like your “TT”, if you don’t use it, it’ll fall away.
