Carolyn Dean & Bob Neveritt | 40 Years in the Wilderness, 2001-02

SkyGoddess Sue and Bob in front of Garrett Deane’s former home at 64 Queen St. in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

Bob gives a lecture at the church/community centre on North St., just up from the Angus L. Macdonald Bridge straddling the Halifax-Dartmouth harbour, on July 4, 2001.

Bob anticipated 9/11 (two months later) with a cinematic metaphor at the introduction of this talk.

Bob meets Jaymz Bee—writer, emcee, radio personality, the lead singer of the band, Bee People, and founder of the Al Waxman Fan Club in the 1980s—at CKLN in 1985 when Jaymz had just arrived in Toronto from North Bay, Ontario.

Jaymz, at an event in a club in Toronto in 1991, awarded several people for being “originals” in the local counterculture. Bob was included on Bee’s list.

In 2002 Bob co-hosted a show on MOJO Radio with Nelson Thall and Jaymz.

In the Autumn of 2002 Jaymz visits Carolyn and Bob at their home on City Island NY.

In this picture Jaymz is telling Bob about how, the night before in a Manhattan club, he was almost beat up for suggesting that 9/11 was a “government conspiracy.”

He realized with a shock it was OK to say this idea in Canada but he better shut up in New York City.

In this photo, one can see behind Bob’s head two posters of quadrants in Bob’s Tiny Note Chart (1995). The other three quadrants are mounted on the opposite walls in this hallway between the kitchen and the living room.
